As reported earlier in our FDCP site, Uday
Kumar Verma IAS MP:1976 till recently serving as Secretary, Ministry of
Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises has been appointed as new
Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in place of Raghu
Menon who demitted office last month on reaching the age of
superannuation
Since then the post was held as additional charge by Jawhar Sircar.
