Today we have received the
corrected copy of the judgement. As decided earlier the President of
FDCP will be meeting the Competent Authorities in New Delhi and also
will be meeting our Honble MSIB shri . Rathore for speedy implementation
of our court order. The President will be leaving to Delhi on 10-3-2019
and he will stay in the head quarters for a week for effective follow
up of our case.We will be finalising our membership by 8-3-2019 and the
list will be communicated to the authorities for further action and for
extending the financial benefits for the past 23 years i.e w.e.f
1-1-1996 , to our federation members as per the Honble Tribunal's order. Seeking your earnest support &

Our pay parity case was twice mentioned in the
Rajya sabha on 1-12-2015 and on 8-3-2016. The Honble MSIB had said that
the matter of wage anomaly is sub-judice, because that time our case was
pending before the Honble Tribunal for orders.Now we have got a
favourable order from the Honble Tribunal. So we can hopefully approach
the competent authorities for implementation of our order.
