The Honble CAT ,Ernakulam grants three months time for the Secretary,Ministry of I&B to comply its order in full..Earlier the Ministry of I&B has filed a Miscellaneous Application before the Tribunal praying for extension of time for compliance of the order in O.A.298/2010.The matter was heard on 14/10/2013 and basing on the GOM Minutes dated 23-6-2011 the above order was issued by the Honble Tribunal.
The Federation is taking up the above matter with the Honble Minister for I&B and also with other competent authorities for speedy implementation.
